Pin assignments and VATS help - Please!
I have installed a '99 Vortec 4.8 in my '94 Jeep Wrangler. I have cleaned up my stock harness, removed all transmission wiring, egr, emissions, rear O2s, and a bunch of other misc wires. I located ECM pin assignments, but I need pinouts for the harness that plugs into the back of the fuse block. I need to know what wires need to be fused and what size fuse to use. Can anyone help with the pinouts?
Also, VATS.... I noticed that there is not a "fuel enable" wire going to the ECM... It looks like it was plugged off from the factory. How is the ECM getting the VATS signal.. i have also heard there is not a way to bypass the VATS unless you have the ECM reprogrammed? cant use the 50hz box?
Who is a reputable source to have my ECM reprogrammed?
Will I need to run both front O2s? or just one side? if so.. which side?
too many questions!! =)
Thanks!
David
