Default Whats the leanest a/f ratio for tuning

How lean can a car be tuned without fear of burning a piston? reason is when i dynoed with open cutouts the car leaned out a little.Idont have ls1 edit so i may have to get a maf translater if that would help.at full throttle the a/f was 13.6 at 4100rpms and dropped to 13.1 at 4300. in second gear it was at 14.2 this was on a dyno so would it change on the street? Sorry so long just want to be thourogh

13.1 a/f is the absolute leanest you want it.

If you had made more runs on the dyno with the open cut out the car would had made the correction.
