Default Spark Plugs

I plan on chaning my spark plugs and wires at the same time, any recomendations for LS1's? I just got the car so I'm doing my own maintenance that is due.

I wouldnt do taylor wires me and several people I know have had problems with the ends beaking off now im back to stock wires.. Plugs I would run ac delco iridiums but there about $55 $60 a set ive been running NGK tr55s latley the car dosent run like it did with the iridiums but it dosent run bad for $13 a set....

MSD are good think im gonna try a set of magnacore wires from thunder racing..
