Throwing PO420, what does my EFILIVE crap mean?

Throwing PO420, what does my EFILIVE crap mean? OK, for awhile now, my car was misfiring, and now the misfires only occur when i drive it when its cold. otyher than this, i keep triggering a PO420(catalyst inefficiency below theshold). So i went driving around with efilive hooked up and i saw the light come on and glanced over at my laptop. looking later, I saw that my commanded air/fuel ratio went from 14.6:1 to a lean 15.8:1. Why would it do this? and why would that make my cats bad/trigger the code? I have hypertech programming in there, and im about to take it our, and do my pcv mod. nothing else looked out of the ordinary when the air/fuel ratio chaged... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />
