Do u need O2 simms w/ LS1 Edit? i know i can turn off the codes so no SES light comes up... but if I dont have the simms in will it change performance in anyway?

The rear O2s do not effect peformance in any way.
Plus, you can turn off COTS with edit, and really benefit from no cats...
