th400 poly energy trans mount??

Default th400 poly energy trans mount??

when you install the poly mount do you have to use the plate they give you??? or just the mount it self??? should i grind the bumps on top of the mount for a less vibrating???

I used the plate on my th350

Bolt head, washer, mount's built in plate, lock washer, plate, tighten her in. That's how mine is setup and it works great

I didn't use the plate with my th400. I read that you wont get any vibrations if you dont use the plate and grind the hump down. It worked good for me.
Is there an advantage of using the plate?

I just used the plate since it made a flat connection with the tranny, and didn't feel like grinding the mount's built in plate
