Default driver side manifold removal

ok i am in the middle of installing my pacesetter headers. i have the passenger side doen except for reinstalling the dipstick tube (pain in the ***)- but now i am on the drivers side i have all the manifold bolts out but can't get the damn thing out. what is the secret????? help me please!!!

Coil packs removed? AIR removed? should come out easily.

I pulled it out from the bottom, you have to remove the 02 sensor, spark plugs, and as Lithum said, the AIR, didn't have to work about the coil packs cause they were already off along with the valve covers.

Should come right out..... Good Luck!
