98 SS Spoiler Paint Defect Was wondering if anyone else has run into this problem? I purchased the car about 2 years ago from a guy in his 60`s who had only put 12k miles on it. The paint was perfect and the car was babbied and garaged all the time. Anyways I walked out side and the paint began breaking off in chunks like if it was peanut brittle. The local paint shop said it was a defect in GM`s paint other then the spoiler the rest of the car is just fine like new.

i contacted the owner he said its never been touched my paint guy says that its all original too I have not had any paint problems with any of the camaros but this one which i take care of the best
