Ive got a 3 inch electric cutout, Not the $30 exhaust pipe part but the electric plate with wiring and Ill include the switch and my never used ashtray that it's mounted in for $100 shipped. It cost me $165 shipped and Im throwing in the ashtray since the switch is already mounted. PM me or email at billj5625@aol.com

Ive got a manual one, its got a length of 3" pipe welded to the exit side to bridge where the CAT used to be. Cut out flange is closed by 3 wing nuts.
