Default Power loss with 9" ????

If i run a 9" rear, how much loss of power am i looking at ...Would i be better off with a 12 bolt. Help me decide, thanx

I have installed many 9" assemblies and I have had customers come back to me with times slips showing .30 faster times with the same gear ratio.
