Default clutch help

hey guys my stock clutch finally gave up the ghost (big surprise). I've pretty much decided on a textralia. most people on here seem happy with them.

I would really like to do it myself to save some $$$. thing is I've never done or even seen one done before (its not even on ls1howto lol). how hard is it? is something a person with decent mechanical skills can handle? expensive special tools required? I do have access to a lift and a friend to help out. a brief search didn't help. thanks
