Default seperate fuel system for 150 carb/plate

I am gathering parts for my LS6 Toyota pickup "cheap thrills" install. I have a Victor Jr. single plane intake, 750 Holley, and a Zex nitrous plate. This is mostly for street and pump gas use. Is there any real advantage for either power or safety to plumb a seperate fuel cell and pump for the nitrous delivery where I can spray with C116 for example? Also, can methanol be sprayed thru the plate instead of gas? Can't seem to find anybody who has tried this although the idea has obviously been tried before by somebody. Thank you. Mac

Default

That is about the same way I am going on my build. I will be running a 4150 flange plate system witha stand-alone fuel system, running c16. I have thought about going with methanol, but like you, I have found little research on the subject.
