Will this catback fit on an LT1. If not then what would need to be done to make it work? I only ask cause I have an opportunity to buy one at a great price and I'm very interested in getting it.

Yes it will fit. If it is 95 back you have to buy the s-pipe from slp that will mate it to the cat. I did it on my car.
