Unhappy Clicking sound when accelerating

i just had headers and 3in exhaust all the way back done and a rebuilt tranny. the only thing i couldnt get was the egr tube. if the egr tube isnt plugged in does it make a clicking sound? I only hear it when i am driving and accelerating because it gets louder. the exhaust it sturdy and doesnt look like its hitting anything. Can't figure out what it is any suggestions? Thanks

what do you mean when the EGR tube is in?? you either have it in or you got a plug in the manifold where it use to be, as for the clicking sound check your Y pipe and around where the clamps are to see if the Y pipe managed to move its way off the Headers like mine did.
