LIke it says its a 4L60E off a 01 SS. 3rd & 4th gear are gone on it. It has a manual valve along with the blue clutches. It also has no tailhousing or bellhousing since I used those for mine. Tranny would be a good build up or just a core for someone. $100 plus shipping
