Default Anyone have their spring tensioned pulley go bad on LT1 P1-SC

My tensioner pulley has gotten so unevenly worn that Sunday it shredded my last belt. I called ATI and its not covered under my warranty,of course . Is there any solution other than paying ATI another $200 for this piece and another $80 for a belt?

Wicked you need a spring Loaded Tensioner From SDCE, I have heard nothing but good things about them and there product. A lot of people actually gain power b/c there setup increases the boost. Kp, Na$ty-TA, forceFed, etc have used them on there LS1 cars and a few on the Lt1's.
The Ls1's use the 8-rib while we get the 12-rib. Still I would get the SDCE product, I have a buddy with a 383 D1 that rund 19lbs of boost with their Tensioner.

Has some runs on there as well.
He does have an email I have talked to him before but I can't remember the pulley Size to be honest I am not REAL impress considering it was on 19lbs. But he is using a 4L60E, 220/230 .544 cam (small) and some CNC Lt1 heads probably flow like 260CFM.
