Worth it to get a tune?

Worth it to get a tune? My car has everthing in my signature but I will be adding the Ls6 Intake Manifold and SLP underdrive pulley. Is It worth it for me to get a tune? I have not had yet and my car runs strong. I will be doing heads/cam next year, so do you think its worth it for me to get a tune now or wait til heads/cam?

Corvettes come tuned from the factory.

If you're getting heads/cam in the next 6 months or so just wait because it will need to be re-done then anyway.
