Should i switch my 99 LS1 heads for the 01 castings??

Default Should i switch my 99 LS1 heads for the 01 castings??
I'm doing a cam in my car in a week. I was told the 01 LS1 heads flow better than the 99's? If so should i make sure they are a certain casting number? This swap would cost me about $50.

Any help would be great.

I have never heard that 01 heads flow better than any other year LS1 head.

I know the heads were differnet but im not sure about flow numbers <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
