Screwed up #1 cam bearing; need some help..

Default Screwed up #1 cam bearing; need some help..

So here's the thing w/pics:

Essentially I need to replace the bearing and pulling the motor is NOT an option. Have heard of people successfully replacing it in car but not how to do it. Little help please??

And yes, I know I sux @ pulling out a cam

Bueller... bueller... come on.. surely I'm not the only person to have ever screwed up a cam bearing
