Windshield wiper arm, Hey guys i need some help, some idiot cracked my windshield now i need a new one, the glass guy i have been trying to get the windshield in for 2 days, and he cant get my drivers side wiper arm to come off he tryed oiling it he tryed a puller and everything, it wont come off i think its locktighted on there, he tryed heating it up, and he broke my passenger side unit and now i'am so confused i dont know how to get this off, if you guys can help me i woud really appreciate it,
