Default ? about plug wires

ive changed mine once so far taking the oem ones off an putting a pair of 8mm accels on they work fine, but im just wondering....1.what is the mm number for oem's cause i never really paid atten to them? and 2. is there that big of a difference between the 8.5 and the 8s? thanks

The mm is just the OD of the insulation on the wire, so it really doesn't matter what the dia is, it's simply marketing, the difference between the 8mm and the 8.5mm is .5mm, nothing else

The wires on our cars are so damn short that the type of wire really does not matter. the stock ones work great even. The differenc you asked about is .5mm, lol.
