How do you get the sun visors off???

How do you get the sun visors off??? 2000 T/A, need to remove the sun visors, but there is no screw, no clip, etc. Figuered I'd ask before I break something.

they are stuck on by 3M tape. 3M also makes a liquid that removes all of their adhisive but...you can just get a razr and be really carefull and get most of it off then use lighterfluid to remove the rest.
