Default ECM Water Tight

How water tight is a PCM? I have a engine ECM that went through Katrina and was wondering if the harness and ECM are still good.

Default It works

I took the PCM's cover off and it was dry. I think that is amazing considering it was under water for about 3 weeks. I would say it was under about 4 foot of water. I also built a bench harness over the weekend and was able to read the PCM. It was easy to build a bench harness when you are surronded by abandoned cars. This is just a FYI.
