Video editing programs NEED help please
Hey i'm making a video with pictures and videos with Windows media maker.. Well when I added music to it i wanted the pictures to change with the beat of the music and it's not letting me get to the precise time i want it to change. The pictures are always off a few as the beat changes.. Never perfect enough. I'm looking for a good program thats free probably on download.com that I could use for making a nice video. Any help pleassee

I have delt w/ that. I had to try a different song or a different type of file for the same song. not sure why, but some songs just don't work. I use Limewire to get most my music and some of the songs will do what u are describing.

no its movie maker 2 itself..Can't pin point where i want the picture to stop at certain beat of the music... Like you know how you can drag the photo to make it longer/shorter. Its called duration..that's it. And then when i save the stuff then open it back up.. its all messed up, i dont get it..

lol i'll figure something out... So on the topic of editing and all for a nice 4th gen video. It's time that I look into a good camera for video taking. I also like the ones that people put suction cups on and attach any where on the car.. thats badass. The camera i have is just out dated. Any opinions on what to get? I don't really want to go above 400$ I hope i can get a good camera for under that.. i better lol thx for the help later

I use adobe Premiere 6.5 for editing, don't really like Premiere Pro's interface.
For a small camera, i'd go with a Sony miniDV unit over anything else. there are quite a few you can find in your price range.
