Subframe Questions

I am in need of some SFC can anyone give me some feedback on good ones and places to go or any general info on them. I am also wondering With all the proper tools can you build your own??

i have the Jegs "jegsters" however not sure they make them anymore. I love them and my friend has them on his 10 sec camaro. So i think they work fine.
