Rim cleaner that wont hurt my clearcoat?

Default Rim cleaner that wont hurt my clearcoat?

Im cleaning my rims they have a clear coat on the and on the inside it pretty much black from years of built up fromt he previos owner and i want to clean that part but soap and water dosent work what else dose? I dont want to hurt the clearcoat by useing something harmful could some one help me out here?

Castrol all wheel cleaner & soft scrub brush for the inside. Zaino claybar & numerous coats of Z-2. I have done this since April 2000 on my chrome ZR1's with no problems. I just got done cleaning my Firehawk rims too.
