Default Heads for a turbo motor

I'm building a Old Style 383 small block chevy(Dart Block). The turbo is a S95, PT 2000 air to water intercooler and i need to get a good set of heads. Right now i have 215CC Dart Pro 1's and i dont think they will do the job. They only flow 260@600. I'm looking to go low 8's (1/4 mile) in a 3175lbs car for now, but would like to have a head that if i need to i can push it even faster. As of right now i have no pistons yet or cam, so i can do whatever i need to. What do you guys think? Can i just do it with the heads i have? Or what head should i buy? Thanks for any help

Thanks
