Ok heres whats going on. I just upgraded to the PRC double spring kit from tsp, because it comes with the titanium retainers. I previously had the 918 spring kit, so I ordered the 228R (228/228 .588/.588). Now because the PRC springs are kind of overkill for that cam .650" lift, I'm thinking about upgrading to a bigger cam, My options are either the MS3 (237/242 .603/.609"), with a 2300-6800 power band Or the 233/239 cam (233/239, .595"/.603")with a 1900-6500 power band. I'm thinking of going with the 239 cam just because it seems like the ms3 seems like it comes on to late. What do you think.

if your stuck on the tsp cams outta the the 2 the 233/239 would probbly be a little better and have more for the street.
dual springs on the 228 cam isnt anything to really think its to much spring though it will be fine

Yeah since I allready ordered the 228r and have not installed it, they said I could send it back, and swap it out, Thats all.

I'd try that 228/228 out first... you might be surprised as to how good it will work.

Would it help any if i said i also have heads,headers and ls6 intake manifold also to put in with this cam.
