Default Parachute help

I will be needing a chute soon and don't know anything about them. I searched but there was no real technical info. Where is the best place to get a chute for a 2000 camaro? How hard are they to install? After you deploy them how hard is it to repack the chute for the next run? This is some stuff I've been wondering and any help would be great.
Thanks!

Just got mine installed. "The" shop installed mine, all custom brackets. BUT the technical stuff - size required, install instructions - came from https://www.tommyjohnsons.com/catalog/ . Bob, the owner was very helpful. You will need to talk to them to get the right size for your car. Don't believe you would be able to do it in your drive way unless you have a welder.

Each manufactor has different ways to pack their shute. We went with Shroud due to the "easy" of re-packing it after a run. Mine is a drag shute - no spring or CO2 loaded. I'm hoping not to have to use it unless I'm go to a small track.

East side did mine, but i think they need the car, but i know wolfe sells one also, many sponsors carry wolfe. speed inc would be my choice for that.
good luck.
heres mine, it has a removable top pearch so i can remove the bumber if i need to for paint or repairs what ever, and i wont have to cut and reweld it!

if you buy the part from Wolfe, why not just buy it directly from Wolfe? i mean they are a sponsor on the site and all...

That's the same reason I buy 98% of my stuff through speed inc. That and the best customer service in the business.

HHAHA thanks!! I hate to tell you the windows are getting re-tinted again.. but i know what your saying... As for the spoiler, I could not find one that would fit the rules i was stuck with at the time, so i made it mysefl for the most part. I just bought a support kit from tim mcamis and the rest is all me. Alot of the pre made wings that are out are made for a "pro stock" body. The prostock body's are about 2 inches narrower in the rear. so becareful if you want to buy someone's "kit". I am pretty sure Joe O's wings are made for the stock body.. and he does amazing work!
