Smile Clearance problems?

Hey guys my dad has a '99 SS. He has the chrome 18X9.5 ZO6's all around with Eibach Sportline springs. He installed the mac cated y-pipe and was wondering if he lowers the car, will he have any clearance issues. Please post some pics too.
Thanks

With the headers?

How much of a drop?

He should be alright, but with all lowered LT cars you got to be careful.

No headers just the catted y-pipe, its at stock height right now with the ZO6's. He has the Eibach Sportlines and KYB Ajustable shocks but he is debating whether or not to put them on. I said yes but he thinks he'll have clearance issues, the reason is because I have the SLP y-pipe on my trans am and my car is lowered and I have clearance issues.

I have the SLP Y-Pipe, and i had it custimized for clearence, and then i had to but some heater hose between the pipe and the floorboard because it hit the floor under torque.
