Default Annoying vibration at 1200rpm

I have an annoying vibration at around 1200rpm. It sounds like it's coming from the rear of the car. My car has a Borla cat-back, could it be touching something somewhere and causing it? The vibration is pretty loud, but goes away above 1200-1300rpm. How can I fix it, it's annoying the hell out of me.

The spare jack vibrates on both of my cars, I removed it in one and the other, I wrapped all the contact points in duct tape. That fixed that. Also, make sure you aren't missing any exhaust clamps or hangers. Those are only a few suggestions, theres many things that can vibrate.

This vibration is very fast and high pitched, if that helps any. I'll check out the jack though.
