Default check engine light??????

Is there a sticky for how to find out what code you have on a 93 camaro? The car is sluggish out of the hole and then at about 3000 rpm's it comes back to life. The check engine light comes on for a couple of seconds and then goes off again while cruising. What two terminals do you connect on a OBD1 to find the code? Also does anybody have a list of the codes? Thanks.
