The problem startes about 3 months ago. When I start the car up it runs good for about a minute, then the motor or I think its the water pump starts to make a strange noise like a tiking noise. It goes away after 5 Minutes and the motor temperature is ok. All of the pulleys look ok except for the water pump pulley which wobbles. Has anybody have this problem? I just want to make sure thats the problem before I fork that type of money for a new one.

My water pump pulley doesnt wobble. I would check the bearings in it.

How do you check the bearings?

You will have to pull the water pump off and spin the pully by hand. If the puley doesnt feel smooth when you spin it, then te bearings need to be replaced.
