We just purchased a moser 9" with a spool, and have decided to switch it to a true trac since they are now available again. I know on the 12 bolt I had, that there was something different about the axles for an eaton posi and a spool. I was just wondering if the axles we have for the 9" spool will work with the truetrac?

9" true trac is only made for 28 and 31 spline axles so hopefully you didn't have a 33 or 35 spline for the spool.

We ordered the 31 spline axles, but on a 12 bolt the splines are cut differently on the axles for a moser 12 bolt with a spool. All the posi's take one type axle, and the Moser spool takes another.
