Default wierd "knock" near tranny

Every day after i have driven my car awhile, when i come to a complete stop, i get a real hard knocking sound coming from under the car from where it sounds like between the motor and tranny, and its louder in the car then when i lay under and listen to it, i replaced the tranny mount but it still does it. You can also hear it when first start the car, but some reason it only does it when the motor is warm. i know its not the motor and i'm pretty sure its not the tranny, i was thinkin it was the exhaust hittin the floor board or i have some busted motor mounts, can you guys help me out?

M6 I am assuming by ur sig. Check starter contact with the flywheel, it may be contacting. If not I'd say clutch. Does it change by pushing the clutch? if so its the pressure plate, If not its a good chance that the clutch disk is f'd up. Maybe a broken spring or something. thats where I would look.
