Default Picked her up last night!!!

But man what a time.....see thread: http://www.speeddensity.org/showthread.php?t=1696

The car is in OUTSTANDING shape. The only flaws I found was the carpet spot, a tiny surface scratch in the rear deck, and the console box latch was broken. No biggie for anything. Paint was great, no dents, runs fine, bone stock. Leather is all good, stereo is fine, everything works. Took possession at 53,115 miles.

It needs a shifter. Bad. I'm probably ordering a B&M (the new one) by the end of the week. Going to do that, 20% tint, blackouts, and a HUD to kick things off. Pics are forthcoming, but I got caught in the rain last night during the fiasco so the car is filthy right now. Needs zaino.

Pics!! http://s72.photobucket.com/albums/i1...tbird93/Vette/

Mods (other than some asthetic stuff) will have to wait for my turning out to be extremely costly ($20K) LT1 build for my black 93 T/A.

Overall the car is in really good shape, but not perfect. Some scratching and chipping on the rockers and lower nose, carpet could use a shampooing, one floor mat retainer tab on the driver side is broken, glove box latch is broken, but that's about it. I'm VERY pleased with the car. Now if I can only get the registration done so I can DRIVE IT!!!

Don't worry though, I'm already planning out the bolt on setup: Vararam or Honker intake, LS6 manifold w/ported TB, LG Pro headers/X-Pipe, Corsa exhaust w/tiger shark tips, shaft mount rocker set......should get me into the mid 300's at the wheels. Sadly, it's a while off.

Not without supporting mods first. There's no reason to toss a cam in a stock motor and choke off it's potential. I think of it like this. The engine is an air pump. If you can put an intake and exhaust system and other items on the pump, and gain power (or airflow), then the "pump" isn't at it's peak efficiency. Just makes no sense to start with internal stuff when the external complimenting items aren't already taken care of.
