Default Power steering pump problems

My Power steering went out, so I replace it with a part from NAPA. After I replaced it, sounds the same just takes longer to get that whinning noise. The hotter it gets the louder it is. Did I get a faulty pump? When I replaced it I got the pump itself, I cleaned the reservoir and put it back together. I read in one article you had to bleed it but do not know how to. If someone can point me in the right direction. If I do need a new one how are Turn One power steering pumps.

TTT!

I've never had a problem with my pump, and haven't worked on it, so I can't comment.
