ls6 intake added, both maf lb/min and map go down!!

ls6 intake added, both maf lb/min and map go down!!

I went from 42 lbs/min and 99 kpa at wot w/ls1 intake to 38.5 lb/min and 95 kpa w/ the ls6 intake. I figured the ls6 intake would take in MORE air. Am I thinking about this wrong?

wouldnt that be less pressure though in the manifold? Check out G/cyl, are you getting more there?

The throttle body or airbox now is your restriction then.. Pull the airbox and try again. If it went back to 100 then you know the cause. It went lower because you are using more air, but somthing in front of that couldnt handle the flow.
