Ruff Paint?
My front bumper was scrated pretty bad, I sanded the whole dam thing smooth by hand. I painted it and when I feel it it's kinda ruff or a little bumpy....any ideas?

Probably got dust/sand or something on there. Dunno if it could be overspray or not being Im not a painter. But it sounds like there's some form of contamination there.
Did you happen to clear coat it yet?

Haha yeah I mean rough. I wiped the surface smooth before I painted it with a wet rag and then dried it. I did use clear coat afterwards. I guess it could be too much paint or maybe too close? We put a good 5 coats on it, bottle says 2-3 but it wasent covering that well.
