Question turn signals?

this is probably gonna sound like a dumb question, but i'm gonna ask anyway... i need to change the turn signal bulb on my 99 Z28. heres the problem. I CAN'T GET THE THING OUT!!! how in the world am i suppose to twist my arm around to get the bulb out? i can barely feel it with my fingers and it seems like it's held in by a little clip because i can feel the "springy" action on it. whats the easiest way to get that thing out and install a new one?

also..is the front signal and the hazard lights 2 totally different bulbs, because the hazrds work fine, but the right front signal is junk.

I'll be doing the same thing in a couple of days. I've never done it before but I'll let you know how it goes.

Take out the headlight and whala!! theres the whole turn signal in plain view...I bolt from behind the headlight and slide it toward the center of the car and it'll pop out.

What bootleg said. . .10mm for the headlights. . .7mm for signal if you need to remove it. . .

Well I have a bird so I don't know how quick it is to just pop out the headlight...but I do have that vent under the signal that I can try and shove my arm through.
