Default plug gap and timing

I am currently installing a zex wet kit on my 95 trans am, I will be spraying a 100 shot, I was wondering what I need to gap my plugs to and what the timing should be set at, any help is greatly appreciated

Gap plugs at 35, and pull 3 degrees of total advance
