Default top speed on DRs

Did a search, no good. I have a set of 315s BFG DRs. Their website says the tires are not speed rated because of the design. It does say high speeds are acceptable in "short bursts" such as during a drag run; up to speed and immediately lift. My question is how "safe" are DRs if I do a highway run up to say 145+/- AND hold it there for 15-20 seconds? I don't think that would qualify as a "short burst".

You would be ok for a short duration, just get to your speed and slow back down. Also, make sure and have 40 psi in the tires. Try that **** with 15 psi in there and get ready for a flat spin.
