Default Really stupid question about adj. ride height on QA1s

Ok so I just got my QA1 R series front in and before I start moving things for ride height I have a stupid question!!

For a lower stance would you want to thread the nut up as high as you can, or stay towards the bottom of the shock?

I bought these used so I have no instruction

to lower the car, you lengthen the coil springs. That means screwing the spring perch nuts down toward the ground.

Start with the nut high (on a new install) and lower the nut to drop the front height. It's a lot easier to lower the nut/height that way as the weight of the car isn't working against you as hard.
