headers for a 383
i am building a 383 stroker and my goa for the motor is around 450 to the ground. It has come time for me to buy some headers, and i was wondering if buying pacesetters would be like shooting my self in the foot and if i should splurg for some nicer ones. its just i would rather spend my money on the suspention than the headers. i had a someone tell me if i'm not going to get a really nice set of headers for example kooks. minus well just get some pacesetters or something, because the hp difference is so little unless i get some kooks. well i just wanted to asked before i bought. i can get some pacesetters on ebay for like 285. then the next priced ones are like 500 or something , just wanted to know if it would really be woth it in my application. thanks ahead of time!

I've got a stroker and I kept the stock exhaust manifolds on it for a long time. I just put on a set of the coated Pacesetters about three months ago and I love them. They work great for the price.
