Default Smartest time to replace rod bolts?

Just want some confirmation from everyone. The best time to replace the rod bolts would be when replacing the oil pump? I'll be doing a cam swap this year. And heads next year. Do it this year or wait until next year?

Neither one will make the swap particularly easy. Youre still going to have to jack up the motor and pull the oil pan. However, having the pan out of the way will make the oil pump O ring and pickup tube installation a little easier, so you might as well do it sooner rather than later.
