Is solenoid on 4l60e electrical? Is the solenoid on the 4l60e transmissions electrical?
I had my car hooked up to a computer to see if anything
electrical was wrong with the transmission and no codes popped up.
A guy i know told me that my transmission sounds like the solenoid is bad.
If it is bad what will the transmission be doing?

Yes they are electrical you have a 1-2 shift and 2-3 shift solenoid I think their is a total of 6 differant solenoid all together without looking it up. you may have hard shifts no shift wrong shift points, their are screens in the solenoids if they get glogged causes problems exactly what is your trans doing shoot me a pm I'm not a trans guys but have been doing alot of work on them latey at home and work.
