Whats the difference between the aftermarket hurst shifter and the Factory one? Just curious, I was looking to buy one and was wondering if it would be OEM Quality. Thanks

The aftermarket ones have stop bolts like a Pro 5.0 or Ripper I believe. Should be slightly better than the OEM one.

the after market actually has a thick billet base that will prevent flexing and it has the adjustable stops. I would do a search the it seems to be a toss up around here as to whether the B&M or Pro 5.0 is the shifter. personally I have a hurst(aftermarket was on car when I got it) I have drove one with a B&M and it is as good or better than the hurst. I plan to buy a Pro 5.0 once I get my motor and rearend built like I want.
