How many volts is the tach signal on 98 TA?

Default How many volts is the tach signal on 98 TA?

I have a Traqmate data logger and want to add engine rpm to the data. I need a 12 volt tach signal. How many volts is the tach signal from the pcm to the gage?

I checked it today: 5 volts. Need to find 12 volt signal.

.... the tack signal on these cars doesn't us variable voltage.... all about frequency
