just installed d1sc kit on 00 ta blowing belts

just installed d1sc kit on 00 ta blowing belts just got my 00 ta out with a d1sc 8 rib tuner kit. the main serpentine belt for the water pump is frayed on the outside(this was a brand new belt 90 miles ago) and the ac belt came right off. I have the 10 percent underdrive pully from ati and I wasent sure of the new belt size so i guessed and installed a 77.5 on the main belt and a 39 inch belt on the ac. are these the right sizes for my application? or is something else going on. Im going to check pully alignment tomorrow.

I would let the car run while keeping an eye on the belt. Chances are its not aligned properly. I had a similar issue, used a washer to shim the idler pulley and I haven't thrown a belt in 1000miles and 25passes on 11psi.
