Default Sparkplugs for T/A

Sup, i have a 99 trans am that mainly stock i want to do all the little things first. What do u think is the best choice of spark plugs, i was told NGK V-spark or somthing like that was really good. any help counts.

For a mostly stock application NGK TR55's are a good choice. Gap at ~.050
